六單元注重的是一個(gè)很重要的比較級(jí)句型，比較一個(gè)人和另一個(gè)人的不同，有這樣一個(gè)句型：A+be+adj（比較級(jí)）+than+B（這里的A、B指人或物，adj是形容詞）。六單元有這樣一對(duì)重要句子，這一個(gè)句子一弄懂，六單元基本上沒(méi)問(wèn)題了： Tom has longer hair than Sam. =Tom's hair is longer than Sam's.（注意！這里的Sam后面的s不能掉，這里的Sam's代指Sam's hair，屬于本單元的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。）
如果說(shuō)六單元的作文，應(yīng)該就是向別人介紹一個(gè)人和另一個(gè)人的不同，但可考性不大，詞組也沒(méi)有多少，但要記住形容詞和副詞的比較級(jí)，什么詞的比較級(jí)只在詞的前面加more，什么詞的比較級(jí)只在后面加-er，是本單元要記硬背的一個(gè)東西。
